What a Proper Survey Involves

We examine the affected areas inside and out — pointing, render, gutters, downpipes, ground levels, ventilation and the damp-proof course.
Readings & Analysis
Moisture readings and, where relevant, salt analysis to distinguish genuine rising damp from the far more common penetrating damp and condensation.
Clear Written Report
A plain-English report explaining what's causing the damp, what we recommend, and what it will cost — no jargon, no pressure.
Why It Matters
The damp-proofing trade has a reputation for reaching for the most expensive “solution” — usually a chemical damp-proof course — regardless of the real cause. We don’t work that way.
